A long-running class-action lawsuit over the constitutionally of Minnesota’s civil commitment program for sex offenders effectively ended Thursday when a federal judge dismissed the remaining claims but stood by his earlier statements that some revelations during the six-week trial shock his conscience. Your shock is worthless if you’re going to still rule against this. You’re a judge. If a law is that bad, do something about it. Don’t be shocked at the ovens and their purpose, but continue to stand by their use.
This judge has no gonads. He continually defers judgements.
This is extremely horrifying wether you are a male or female. This reminds me of the past when people were locked up in asylums indeffently. Horrible experments were performed on them in a lot of the asylums. I wonder exactly what is happening in these places.
Shocked by procedures enacted upon sex offenders? Abolish the registry. There will immediately be zero sex offenders on which to enact such procedures.
